will perform a preliminary evaluation of your computer at your site
where you can demonstrate the exact nature of the problem. Some
problems can be corrected on site which means you do not need to be
without your computer while it is repaired.
For issues requiring additional analysis and lengthier repair time, Your PC Guy will
disconnect your computer, transport it to the shop and perform the
necessary analysis and repairs. Once the repairs are complete
your computer
will be delivered to the depot for pickup at no extra charge, or
arrangements can be made to have your computer delivered to your home
and
reconnected.
